Free shipping is up to a $50 credit towards the shipping cost.
In stock orders ship within 48 hours when possible. Orders after 2PM Friday should ship by end of day, Tuesday.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. M-F.
We will no longer us USPS for shipping. We have had many issues locally and will not be an option.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 4-5 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
Some items are listed in error. We are not set up to ship body parts like hoods, bumpers, fenders, rocker panels, glass, wheels and other large body items. They tend to get damaged in shipping anyways. Please seek these items from your local BMW dealer.
Due to repeated damage over and over again from FedEx and USPS, we are NO LONGER SHIPPING WHEELS.
If you choose overnight shipping at checkout, and FedEx does not deliver on time, we are not responsible. We have no control over FedEx.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for any orders. We are not responsible for shipping delays once in the hands of the carrier.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
If an item is on backorder you will need to place an order directly with your local dealer as the part will be coming from Germany. We can not place orders for backordered item for online parts.
We do not ship COD orders.
ATTN-We can not ship big items like bumper covers, glass panels, fenders and wheels.
